The solution provided

  • A unique, versatile packaging line specially designed for portioning and packaging caramel and other fruit glazes
  • VERSATILE-360 vertical packaging machine with VISCOTEC liquid dispenser
  • Filling of fruit glaze and fruit syrup at a temperature of 75°C, with a batch size of 2 kg and a standard deviation of ±20 g.
  • Pillow bags with a fitting having external dimensions of 24 mm or 40 mm and a height of 23 mm.
  • The line is capable of packaging at a rate of 12–15 bags per minute into bags measuring 185 × 300 mm, using 400 mm wide POLIVEL liquid film.
