  • Maximum emphasis on the appearance of the stand-up pouch with heat-sealed edges
  • Removing the silver stripe along the edge with a longitudinal weld
  • Internal valve applicator and option to add a zipper applicator

The solution provided

  • VERSATILE-280 packaging machine with extended film unwinding for mounting a label applicator and zipper
  • Two dispensers (screw-type and volumetric) mounted on a single platform, allowing for the packaging of both whole bean and ground coffee on the same machine
  • Application of Ultrasonic Valve Welding
  • Placement of the longitudinal seam along the edge for maximum marketing impact on the back of the bag
  • Trimming the long edge for a perfect finish without a silver strip, and motorized winding of the trimmed film
