We handle your personal data strictly in accordance with applicable laws.

1. We protect the personal data we process about you.

2. We need your personal data to properly fulfill a contract, to negotiate a future contract, or in connection with your interest in our products and services (for marketing purposes), and, last but not least, to comply with legal obligations.

We collect personal data directly from you. The personal data we most commonly collect includes: first name, last name, phone number, email address, company name, your job title within the organization, and country.

3. Personal data processed, purpose, legal basis

We process your personal data in order to fulfill the terms of the contract we have entered into with you and to comply with our company’s legal obligations, typically tax obligations. We collect personal data directly from you. Another purpose of processing personal data is to negotiate a future contract.

If you fill out and submit the contact form, we will process this personal data for the purpose of communicating with you based on our legitimate interest. We will process it for a maximum of three months, unless we continue to work together in the future.

Apart from the information provided through the forms, our website does not collect any personal data.

Based on our legitimate interest, we use a video surveillance system to monitor the area at the entrance to the building located at our company’s headquarters, as well as the surrounding area. The purpose of this processing is to protect our property and, where applicable, your health, life, or property. When the video surveillance system is in use, your image may be captured. The recording may be provided to law enforcement authorities or an insurance company.

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, we may send you information about our products and services. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The processing of this data is not strictly necessary for the performance of a contract or to comply with legal obligations.

– Current / Potential distributors.
– Visitors to the company’s headquarters.

We process your identification, address, and other descriptive data. We primarily process personal data through our employees, but we may also use recipients of personal data, which typically include marketing service providers, public authorities, postal and telecommunications service providers, and banks.

4. Duration of personal data processing

We retain personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary; once there is no longer a purpose for further processing, we delete the personal data.

6. The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority

If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

This notice takes effect on May 25, 2018.
