The bag is produced on a packaging line consisting of a VERSATILE series vertical packaging machine and a US 100 sealing machine.

This is a bag with a gusseted four-sided bottom, a folded bottom seam, and an upright top seam parallel to the bottom seam.

Unlike similar doypack bag, the Expander pouch offers a Expander filling opening. It provides more advertising space on the front and back compared to standard stand-up pouches and can be customized with a variety of modifications, grid patterns, and cutouts.
