The DOYPACK-360 vertical packaging machine enables the production of up to three basic bag types with more than eight variations, including Doypack bags with a zipper and other stand-up pouch variants. The modular design of VELTEKO packaging machines ensures high efficiency thanks to quick and easy changeovers between different bag types. A single machine thus offers maximum production flexibility while maintaining high-quality processing. The maximum jaw width is 360 mm.

Intuitive machine settings, on-screen guides, and a color touchscreen with easy-to-understand graphics ensure user-friendly operation. The industrial computer allows the operator to easily configure parameters, user preferences, and local language settings.

VELTEKO packaging machines are designed for easy maintenance, maximum visibility, and minimal downtime. The VELTEKO Dataservice system enables continuous machine monitoring, tracking of service intervals based on operating conditions, and comprehensive self-diagnostics.

Thanks to remote communication between the machine, the user, and the VELTEKO service center, you have a constant overview of the machine’s technical condition from anywhere in the world. Dataservice is standard equipment on VELTEKO machines.
