Thanks to the new, specially designed VT+ units, the skill required of the operator when changing the wrapping film has been reduced.

VT+ Design Groups
  • The unwinding of the packaging film automatically adjusts to all combinations of the machine's operating parameters.
  • The position of the film edge sensors and the mark detection can be adjusted using a servomotor and saved in a recipe.
  • The positions of the film guide rollers for adjusting the position of the date (label) and the angle at which the film enters the forming collar are electronically controlled and can be saved in a recipe.

Dials, scales

All manually adjustable components are equipped with dials or scales to ensure repeatable adjustments.
