Dataservice Support
Dataservice Service Support enables remote communication between the machine and the user and/or between the machine and VELTEKO's service department.
- VPN router for a secure connection between the customer's machine and the VELTEKO Service Department – enables comprehensive machine monitoring.
- Service IP camera for live video streaming and communication with a technician at the machine
- Connectivity – USB, LAN, and VPN router
Dataservice Visual
Complete control over machine usage and its technical condition from anywhere in the world with internet access.
Dataservice Visual allows you to view data transferred from a machine to a specified storage location on any external device equipped with a standard web browser.
Data from the machine can be retrieved via the machine terminal, exported "offline" to a USB flash drive and then manually transferred to an external device, or transferred "online"via Ethernet to a designated network storage location at specified intervals.
Data recorded during machine operation:
| Basic Statistics | number of bags with/without a dose, meters of film used,… |
| Events | normal operating events (start, stop, end of film, etc.) and malfunctions |
| Dosage Information | For VELTEKO HS dosing scales, complete dosing statistics are available; for other dosing units, statistical data will be provided as available |
| Downtime | Information about the reason for the machine stoppage – type of downtime, total duration of each type of downtime |
OPC Data Service
An optional universal software tool for making all machine data available to any customer evaluation system.
